Measured Void Sessions
Connect a BLE scale to capture volume, peak flow rate, and voiding duration. Results are presented clearly — no clinical jargon required.
Personal uroflowmetry
Measure your urine voids. Track your trends. Understand what your body is telling you — all on your own terms, in your own iPhone, on your own time, privately.
A clinical uroflow test lasts about two minutes, happens once every few months, and measures you on a day when you may or may not be representative of your normal.
Your bladder varies with hydration, time of day, stress, medication timing, and dozens of other factors a single clinic visit can't capture.
I built FlowZB from my personal journey with exactly this frustration. FlowZB gives you a longitudinal record of your own voiding — measured at home, on your schedule, in your own conditions — so that when you do see your urologist, you bring real data to the conversation.
It's not a diagnostic tool. It's your personal record of how your bladder behaves over time — something no clinic visit can give you.
FlowZB works with a standard Bluetooth scale as an interim measuring device, or in the future with our dedicated flow sensor currently in development — for more detailed measurement. Either way, your data stays on your mobile device.
The app is designed for people who want to understand their own bodies. It's a private tool that helps you see your progress at whatever pace you want.
Connect a Bluetooth kitchen scale (Bookoo Themis Mini, Decent Scale or similar) and capture volume and flow rate from the weight curve.
No scale? Use a measuring jug. Log volume and duration manually — FlowZB derives average flow for you. Good enough for most diary entries.
For users self-catheterising — log volume drained and time without the flow-rate workflow. Same diary, different input.
A handful focused capabilities, built around how people actually manage voiding conditions. Designed to disappear into your routine, not become it.
Connect a BLE scale to capture volume, peak flow rate, and voiding duration. Results are presented clearly — no clinical jargon required.
Log drinks, symptoms, manual voids, and nocturnal events alongside your measured sessions. Builds a picture of your bladder life over time — the context behind the numbers.
Charts that show how your peak flow, voided volume, and frequency change week by week and month by month. Spot gradual changes a single clinic visit would never reveal.
All data is stored on your device using SwiftData. No account required. No server. Nothing transmitted. Your voiding history is yours — completely and permanently.
Log night voids, track nocturnal volume, and build a personal baseline over 30 logged nights. The morning check-in captures what happened overnight — the part of BPH that disrupts sleep most.
A built-in reference that connects what FlowZB measures to what the clinical literature says — peak flow, voided volume, and more. It classifies evidence by type and strength. It does not diagnose. It helps you understand.
Capture and your raw data are always free up to 30 sessions. Data trends and other features are Pro — a one-time purchase permanently unlocks everything described below.

Short walkthroughs covering the key parts of the app.
Most health apps collect your data and ask for your trust. FlowZB is built so that trust is never required — there's nothing to leak, nothing to monetise.
All session data, diary entries, and profile information is stored locally using SwiftData. It never leaves your iPhone or your personal iCloud backup. Only you have access to it.
There is no FlowZB backend. There is no database with your information. There is nowhere for your data to go.
You don't sign up, log in, or hand over an email address. The app works entirely without identifying you.
FlowZB contains no analytics, no crash reporting that leaves your device, and no third-party SDKs that observe your behaviour.
